[codex] Update Bennett UI Improvements

Summary

• Update bennett-ui-improvements to 1.0.5-bigpizza.1.
• Keep the quota widget mounted only in the main Codex sidebar, not inside the Codex++ settings sidebar.
• Detect official account mode vs API modes before reading quota data; API and mixed API modes display API and do not request /wham/usage.
• Point the marketplace homepage to the migration repository with source attribution and build notes.

Attribution

The original UI implementation is from b-nnett/codex-plusplus-bennett-ui by Bennett under the MIT license. This PR does not claim original authorship; it adapts the renderer-side UI tweak for the BigPizzaV3 Codex++ user-script runtime.
