Add WebhooksApi resource to Client class to enable webhook management functionality. Update listTemplates methods to support optional query parameter for raw API filter queries, allowing advanced filtering with AND operators between filters.
Upgrade actions/checkout from v4 to v7 across all workflow files to use the latest version. Enhance generator ownership validation to check commit messages in addition to PR title and body when verifying references to signwell-sdk-generator. This ensures generator-owned SDK changes are properly documented in commit history.
