There will be cases that go beyond the scope of single/duo/trio, for example Quatros (where an additional sibling or aunt/uncle is also provided etc). Right now, this can only be modeled by setting GenomicStudyType to trio (which is the closest match) and then just including additional donors (grz-cli will only check that a trio has at least 3 donors).
If that option is okay and we do not want to make a change to the schema, we should at least consider documenting that somewhere. Alternatively, think about including additional GenomicStudyTypes.
