It appears that Intel has dropped the requirement for the -coarray flag for code that uses multi-image features.
This commit fixes an issue that caused one failing test with ifx.
TODO: decide whether to deprecate the overloading of .and., which can lead to confusing error messages when the .and. defined operation is not in scope and the compiler thinks .and. refers to the intrinsic operator.
