Replaces hardcoded mock data with the real /progression/leaderboard endpoint. Adds full data layer (DTO, service, repository), a LeaderboardPlayerModel domain type, and error/retry state. Simplifies RankingEntryModel to only carry fields available from the API (level, XP) and updates TopEntryCard and RankingRow to display level and XP instead of country/delta.
