feat: fix-pr-title-dashes#9

Branch slugs like `null-crash` produced PR titles `fix: null-crash`, filling squash-merged history with dashes. The release-fix and hotfix-fix titles now render the name with spaces (`fix: null crash`). Work-branch titles are unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
