Replaced `func.count()` with `limit(1)` in `_is_bootstrap_admin` and replaced full ORM hydration with a scalar ID fetch in `register_user` within `src/h4ckath0n/auth/service.py` to avoid expensive aggregate database operations and unnecessary memory allocation.
