Why this change was made:
The project lacked a central reference document outlining team
responsibilities and the overall file structure. Without this,
contributors have no clear entry point or understanding of how
the deliverables relate to one another.

Why this change was made:
Identifying and categorising data sources is the foundational
step before designing any pipeline or warehouse schema. Without
this research, subsequent decisions on ETL strategy and data
governance lack a documented basis.

It addresses the lack of centralized documentation regarding restricted access protocols for personally identifiable information.

Without this change, the project risks unauthorized data exposure and inconsistent governance practices across different teams.
