Merge conflict demonstration

data governance and access to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) within a Business Intelligence context.

The motivation behind this addition is to provide clear guidance on how sensitive data should be managed, accessed, and protected across its lifecycle. As organizations increasingly rely on data for decision-making, ensuring proper governance and safeguarding PII is critical for maintaining data integrity, user trust, and compliance with privacy expectations.
The document outlines key concepts such as data ownership, access control, data protection measures, data quality, retention policies, and auditing practices. It emphasizes the principle of least privilege and highlights the importance of limiting access to sensitive information while still enabling effective reporting and analysis.
This resource is intended to help developers, analysts, and stakeholders better understand how to handle PII responsibly and align data practices with governance and security standards.
