How do I get on that list?

This is easy. Just follow the steps below.

1. create an issue using the twitter template
2. provide the info
   • fill in your twitter handle and submit the issue
   • we attach the twitter label (spam control)
3. an Azure function picks up the issue, adds you to the list and closes the issue.
