Deploy orderbook customer app to Cloudflare

Summary

• add OpenNext/Cloudflare Workers deployment config and npm deploy scripts
• switch the customer app default network from Polygon Amoy to production Polygon, with Gnosis and Chiliz as production alternatives
• configure stable public RPC transports and harden empty-data rendering paths

Verification

• npm run deploy
• Browser smoke: HTTP 200, title WhalesBet, no client-side application error, default chain Polygon, no Polygon Amoy option
• Data check: Azuro Polygon subgraph currently returns no future active games for the SDK filter, so the deployed page correctly renders the No events state
