- Introduced a PowerShell script `sync_root_env_to_azd_env.ps1` that synchronizes environment variables from the repo-root `.env` file to the active Azure Developer CLI (azd) environment. - The script detects missing or differing keys between the two `.env` files, displays key names and hashes (without revealing secret values), and prompts the user before syncing. - It ensures required commands are available, handles parsing of `.env` files using Python and the `python-dotenv` library, and provides informative output throughout the process.
