When the public receipt JSON has no
challenge_text(null because it wasn't retained, or absent), the drop-down's Question seal line now reads 'question text not shown'. It no longer points the reader at text they can't see, even ifchallenge_sealedwere true. When the text is present, the line is unchanged: covered, or 'stored data, not covered'.Tests: null, absent, and the present+sealed control. 316/316 pass. UI-only change, no server or D1 changes. Not merged, not deployed.
