I am a Senior Research Fellow at ICAR–Indian Agricultural Research Institute (ICAR-IARI), New Delhi, India with a strong interdisciplinary focus on integrating data science and computational genomics into plant science and agriculture.
My research interests lie in genome-wide regulatory analysis, cis-regulatory element discovery, and the development of scalable bioinformatics pipelines for large plant genomes. I have designed and implemented CYC-GS, a computational pipeline for cis-element identification across whole plant genomes, enabling high-throughput regulatory landscape analysis.
I actively work with Python, C (Ubuntu Linux) and R for data analysis, pipeline development, and visualization, and I am particularly interested in applying machine learning and statistical approaches to solve complex problems in plant genomics and crop improvement.
