Fully implements and refines all 5 AGI phases under the agents/ path, solving all test failures, with absolute backwards/forwards capability compatibility for strings, enums, and dict mappings.

Integrates the NOOA Framework directly under very-simplified-stack/cognito-backend/ and very-simplified-stack/cognito-worker/ natively.

All translated README files (Spanish, English, Catalan, and Chinese) in both root/ and agents/ directories have been updated to represent the complete current state of the Cognito Agent. All 117 + 76 tests (193 tests total) pass flawlessly.
