[Bug]: Diona nymphs cannot attach to people's stumps

Describe the issue

Diona nymphs should be able to attach to all species that are organic who are missing a limb, even if it is just freshly cut off, they cannot currently do this at all and any attempts to attach yourself to someone fails without a message

How to reproduce

become a nymph
have another person who does not have a limb such as their arm
try to attach yourself with the given verb for this
