0.2.17: no flow holds back a read on Free's 10 a day, a refusal's plan line passed on every time; with #34's daily-habit clause - #35

… which the first fix was declined or put off AdCopilot's trial-return plan, #1. A first session whose first fix for a finding the morning check also reads was declined, or left for later, ended with no next appointment: the offer came only after an applied fix or at the close of a reply that proposed none. One sentence, the same in all eight daily-habit carriers and in adcopilot-review's own paragraph: "If they decline the first fix for a finding the morning check also reads, or put it off, make the offer at the close of that reply instead, tied to that finding the same way (before any question the reply ends on)." Nothing else about the offer changes. The README's "What you get" says it in one sentence and carries the 0.2.17 note; a structural test pins the sentence in every carrier and the review skill. The marker in every file moves to claude-plugin/0.2.17, and so does the eval fixtures' plugin.version. Needs nothing new from AdCopilot (v2.45.1); the server's own clause, for a Claude without the plugin, ships in AdCopilot v2.45.3.
…a refusal's plan line is passed on every time AdCopilot D254, written against AdCopilot v2.46.3. On a workspace with Free's 10 operations a day, the morning check no longer makes its first four reads only; adcopilot-fix-checks no longer sizes the fixes to what is left or asks before the last operations; adcopilot-review no longer asks first before the last call; adcopilot-docs no longer prices an offered read against the look-ups left; /adcopilot:audit, /adcopilot:weekly and the morning check's set-up no longer add up their reads against Free's 10. Every flow and the auditor say that, without cross_reads.reads_left_today, nothing about the day is short, and never count it down from org.ops_today_used and org.ops_today_cap. At a daily-limit refusal every flow, and the auditor, gives what it found first, then, every time, the one line the refusal gives, word for word, with its link when it gives one (a member's refusal names the owner and has none), and the reset. A paid plan or a running trial is unchanged: fix-checks still answers a question that asks first what today's allowance covers, in one line that never leaves a check out. The morning check's cost is what a run counts (about 8 to 10 operations where an analysis counts 2), as AdCopilot's own run cost says it, never set against the day's total. /adcopilot:daily's description drops "as far as the reads AdCopilot sizes for one answer allow". The README's 0.2.17 note covers this and #34's daily-habit clause, folded into the same release; the structural tests pin both.
…w, the 100% note included
- README "Every morning, without asking": drop the last Free exception
("leaves what changed for the chat"); the morning check makes its five
reads on every plan.
- Every "When the day runs out" block (seven skills and the auditor): the
one line is passed on word for word, names the owner when a member's line
does, and covers a result that says the daily limit is now reached as well
as a refused call. The review skill names that result as a limit a call
returned.
- /adcopilot:audit: after a refusal of a call that counts more than is left,
run budget pacing and let a refusal say whether it fits, instead of
"if it fits".
- README 0.2.17 note: says the same, and that on a paid plan or a running
trial a short day is still AdCopilot's to size.
- Tests pin each of these.

Release 0.2.17, two changes folded into one release. Written against AdCopilot v2.46.3, which must be live before this release is run. Draft until the evals; the release script marks it ready and merges it.
1. Free's 10 operations a day: no flow holds back a read or a fix (AdCopilot D254). Up to 0.2.16 the unattended morning check made its first four reads only on a 10-a-day workspace;
adcopilot-fix-checkssized the fixes to what was left and asked before the last operations;adcopilot-reviewasked first before the last call on a short day;adcopilot-docspriced an offered read against the look-ups left;/adcopilot:audit,/adcopilot:weeklyand the morning check's set-up added their reads up against Free's 10. All gone, and the README's morning section no longer says Free's check leaves what changed for the chat. Every flow and the auditor now say that withoutcross_reads.reads_left_todaynothing about the day is short, and never count it down fromorg.ops_today_used/org.ops_today_cap.At the limit, a refused call or a result that says the daily limit is now reached (the call that used the day's last operation), every flow and the auditor give what they found first, then every time the one line the refusal or that result gives, word for word: the plan, its daily operations, its price exactly as written, the offer when it names one, the owner when it names one (a member's line), and its link when it gives one (a member's has none), and the reset.
/adcopilot:auditno longer decides from its own count whether budget pacing fits after a weight refusal: it runs it, and if that is refused too passes on that refusal's line instead.On a paid plan or a running trial a short day is still AdCopilot's to size (
reads_left_todayand its playbook), and the plugin follows that; fix-checks still answers a question that asks first what today's allowance covers (the paid audit button still asks it), in one line that never leaves a check out. The morning check's cost is what a run counts (about 8 to 10 operations where an analysis counts 2), never set against the day's total, as AdCopilot's own run cost now says it.2. #34: the daily-habit offer also closes the reply in which the first fix was declined or put off. Its commit is carried here unchanged (b42a8e7). Its server half is live since AdCopilot v2.45.3. #34 is closed by the release run once this merges.
Release order: D254's server half ships in AdCopilot v2.46.3 (PR #1116 in AtromxIntelligence/adcopilot). Against v2.46.2 this text would still be safe (it follows
reads_left_todaywhen the server sends it) but the server would still size a Free day, so release after v2.46.3 is live.Checks run locally at 2cf6775: 256 structural tests OK;
