Add Blurt Datadog dashboard (importable JSON) - #9

Dashboard-as-code JSON for the "Blurt — App Health" dashboard: errors, crashes, adoption (telemetry volume by version), unique users, and error breakdowns by version / OS / device — over Datadog Logs + Crash Reporting (service:blurt). Import via Datadog → New Dashboard → Import Dashboard JSON (or POST to /api/v1/dashboard). The unique-users + adoption widgets populate once the anonymous @usr.id install id lands (see the Datadog monitoring PR). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Blurt sends error-level Logs + crash reports (
service:blurt), auto-tagged withenv, appversion,@os.*,@device.*. So errors/crashes/version/OS/device widgets work as soon as data flows.Adoption % and Unique users are RUM concepts — and RUM isn't usable on native macOS (PR #8). This dashboard proxies adoption with telemetry volume by version, and Unique users counts distinct
@usr.id. Those two light up only once we add an anonymous install id (@usr.id) — which you approved; it's going onto the monitoring PR (#8), along with an app-launch log so every install produces baseline volume (not just erroring ones).Facet names (
