What & why
Simplifies the ready screen and aligns Settings and app copy with macOS conventions. Recent dictations show separators only between actual entries and a concise empty state. Style editing lives in Settings, and the main window shows a passive Default label when there are no custom styles. Deleting the last custom style refreshes the open main window immediately.
Uses semantic link colors, clarifies the Settings button, removes forced General-pane selection, enlarges Vocabulary add/remove targets, and simplifies explanatory copy. The menu-bar dictation hint now follows the configured Tap/Hold mode.
How it was tested
scripts/check.shpasses on macOS: engine tests, coverage, sanitizers, app build, lint, project drift, and unused-code analysis.xcodebuild build-for-testing. Added a regression test for deleting the final style while the ready window remains open.
