Reduce CLAUDE.md to a concise durable entrypoint (418 -> 105 lines). A direct current task assignment now authorizes the recipient agent to do the work; external/paid delegation is opt-in only. Durable source, parser, renderer, UI, profile, security and safe-write contracts are kept; phase/PR/test history moves to authoritative docs. Refs #125 Signed-off-by: Ryan Bundy <ascendance@skate.fm>
