UI-0-R

Closes #34

Parent: #33

Purpose

Define the command, panel, workspace and Model/Play architecture before UI-0
implementation starts.

Owner decisions

D1-D9 accepted.

D10 revised so UI-0 implementation is tracked in three packages:

Independent QA #36 runs only after all required implementation packages are
complete.

Architecture

  • one Command Registry
  • one Panel Registry
  • S.workspaceMode remains workspace authority
  • Code / Model / Play semantics defined
  • toolbar and keyboard use command ids
  • application menu bridge isolated behind its own security-reviewed lane
  • exact source remains canonical
  • existing sceneSelection and CodeMirror undo authorities remain unchanged
  • no runtime dependency added

Scope

Documentation and tracking only.

No product code.

Owner-accepted UI-0 architecture (UI-0-R #34): one Command Registry, one
Panel Registry, S.workspaceMode as workspace authority, and Code / Model /
Play semantics. D1-D9 accepted; D10 revised into three tracked
implementation packages: #35 (behaviour-preserving foundation), #121
(command UX and Play) and #122 (application menu bridge). Independent QA
#36 runs only after all three.

Documentation only; no product code.
