docs(wd2-d): close out viewport selection lane - #120

Record the final WD2-D result: PR #117 merged at f39c626 with independent QA verdict WRLFORGE_WD2_D_INDEPENDENT_QA_RETEST_PASS and green PR and main-push CI on ubuntu, windows and macos. - add WD2_D_XITE_PICKING_CLOSEOUT.md: capability, architecture, merge, QA and CI evidence, refusal model, known limitations, deferred trackers - mark the WD2-D contract implemented and merged; keep the body as the pre-implementation design basis - roadmap: no active product lane; WD2-D and WD2-C0 move to completed history; SEC-SCRIPT-1 listed under Next to match the GitHub Project Documentation only. CLAUDE.md and WD.md still described viewport picking as future work. Record WD2-D source-proven Model-workspace viewport selection as merged (PR #117, fail-closed on unprovable identity) and keep gizmos, hierarchy, MF arrays, ROUTE/PROTO editing, appearance and behaviours as later lanes.
