Minor error in day 3

In the exercise section of the day, question 20 asks "Check if int('9.8') is equal to 10" and int('9.8') is considered invalid syntax when put into vs code. This change preferably should be made as to not confuse future beginners

I forgot to write the solution which would be int(9.8).
