What this changes

The Station G2 is sold out and extremely hard to get right now, so this PR promotes a new #1 rooftop recommendation: the WisMesh Repeater Mini 1W — a community build by prayingmedic that puts the RAK 1W Booster Kit into the WisMesh Repeater Mini's solar enclosure. 1W (30 dBm) TX, solar self-sustaining, no soldering.

(Preview site includes the companion build-guide PR #23, so the build-guide buttons work end-to-end.)

Changes

  • Our Top Picks — rooftop pick is now the WisMesh Repeater Mini 1W build (~$125-150) with a link to the full build guide; Station G2 stays listed as explicit Test: Trigger Build Check #2 with a sold-out warning
  • Rooftop / Base Station Nodes — new Best Overall section: brief description, compact parts table, prayingmedic credit, EIRP-compliance note, and a button to the full build guide (depth lives on the guide page, this section stays brief)
  • Station G2 — demoted to second slot ("Most Powerful — When You Can Get One"), stock warning strengthened
  • Removed the now-redundant "Best for Solar / DIY: RAK WisMesh 1W Booster Kit" section (same kit — folded into the new Test: Trigger Build Check #1)
  • Pre-Built Solar Nodes table — WisMesh Repeater Mini row replaced with a pointer to the 1W build (same enclosure, 6x the TX power)
  • Everything else untouched; mkdocs build --strict passes

Merge order note: merge the build-guide PR #23 first so the links here don't 404.

Promote the prayingmedic WisMesh Repeater Mini 1W build to the top
rooftop recommendation and demote the (sold-out) Station G2 to ArizonaMeshtasticCommunity#2.

- Top Picks: new rooftop pitch + button to the full build guide;
  Station G2 listed as ArizonaMeshtasticCommunity#2 with a sold-out / hard-to-get note.
- Rooftop section: new Best Overall entry with parts table, prayingmedic
credit, EIRP note (35.8 dBm < 36 dBm limit), and build-guide link.
- Station G2 demoted to "Most Powerful (When You Can Get One)" with a
stronger stock warning (check B&Q for restocks).
- Removed the redundant RAK WisMesh 1W Booster Kit subsection.
- Pre-Built Solar table: dropped the Repeater Mini row and pointed
readers to the 1W build guide.

Replace the stacked headings/admonitions with a Material grid-cards
layout: one card per pick (handheld + rooftop), numbered to match the
'two things you need' framing, with the sold-out Station G2 condensed
into a single runner-up admonition.
