Brings the repo docs up to date with the theme as of 1.4.1. These files aren't in the release zip, so no version bump or upload is needed.

Summary

• CLAUDE.md still described the theme from before 1.4.0: 8 templates, 3 patterns, two parts, and "being prepared for directory submission". It now covers:
  • all 13 templates, the 5 template parts and the 4 kinds of pattern (building blocks, sections, page layouts, template designs);
  • the per-block stylesheets in assets/styles/;
  • what functions.php does now;
  • the check scripts and CI, and the local ddev site;
  • the manual release steps (build, upload, signed tag, screenshot);
  • two block-markup traps from 1.4.0 that make the Site Editor report invalid blocks: shorthand padding, and a button border color saved as a class.
• AGENTS.md had drifted from CLAUDE.md: it still said Figtree only and WordPress 6.5+. It's now the same file apart from its header.
• README.md links the WordPress.org page and lists the 1.4.0 features: extra templates, header and footer variants, page layouts, section patterns and the archive and 404 designs. It also documents the check scripts and the release build.

• Every file, template, part and pattern named in the docs exists; the WordPress.org link returns 200
