IMPORTANT SCOPE NOTICE

This license applies only to a product or material that explicitly includes or links to “Arinara Network License 1.� Publishing this license does not automatically license the Arinara Network website source code, name, logos, or brand assets.

1. DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE

“Licensed Material� means the software, source code, binary, documentation, media, or other material that expressly includes or links to this license. “Arinara Network� or “Licensor� means the individual operating Arinara Network as a personal brand, not a separate registered business entity.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to every condition in this license, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, distribute, and commercially use the Licensed Material. You may distribute original or modified copies and may include the Licensed Material in a commercial product or service.

3. REQUIRED ATTRIBUTION

For every distribution or commercial use, you must:

- give reasonable and visible credit to “Arinara Network�;
- retain the copyright notice and a copy of, or working link to, this license;
- identify modified versions as modified when you distribute them; and
- not imply that Arinara Network created, operates, sponsors, endorses, or guarantees your work.

Where the medium allows, acceptable credit is: “Includes material by Arinara Network, licensed under Arinara Network License 1.� For an application or website, place the credit in an About, Credits, Legal, documentation, or similarly accessible location. For a package or repository, include it in the accompanying notice, README, or license information.

4. NO TRADEMARK OR ENDORSEMENT RIGHTS

This license permits use of the words “Arinara Network� only as reasonably necessary to provide the required attribution. It does not grant rights to Arinara Network trademarks, logos, visual identity, account names, or other branding, and it does not grant permission to claim endorsement, partnership, certification, or official status.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSED MATERIAL IS PROVIDED “AS IS� AND “AS AVAILABLE,� WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. THIS INCLUDES NO WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, COMPATIBILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether the Licensed Material is appropriate and safe for your intended use, testing it, maintaining backups, securing your systems, reviewing modifications and integrations, and complying with applicable law. Risk arising from your or another person’s configuration, deployment, distribution, integration, use, or misuse remains with the person carrying out that activity.

The Licensor is not involved in, responsible for, or endorsing a downstream product, service, activity, decision, or harmful or dangerous use merely because it contains or uses the Licensed Material.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE LOSS, DAMAGE, CLAIM, OR COST ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE LICENSED MATERIAL OR ITS USE, INABILITY TO BE USED, MODIFICATION, DISTRIBUTION, INTEGRATION, OR MISUSE. THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFIT, OPPORTUNITY, REPUTATION, DEVICE FUNCTIONALITY, SERVICE AVAILABILITY, OR OTHER HARM, EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY WAS KNOWN.

Nothing in this license excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. COMPLIANCE AND TERMINATION

Your rights under this license terminate automatically while you materially breach its conditions, including the attribution requirement. Your rights are reinstated when the breach is fully corrected, but reinstatement does not remove responsibility for the earlier breach.

9. OTHER RIGHTS

No patent, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other right is granted except the copyright permissions expressly stated in this license. A product-specific notice may grant additional permissions, but it must do so explicitly.

10. SEVERABILITY

If a provision of this license is found unenforceable, it will be limited only as much as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
