Summary

The pilot packet still directed participants through the standalone installer even though the current distribution is a Codex plugin. Use the pinned GitHub plugin 0.1.1 at da6671e2346ba88ef7320a598b43535ebc05a99f, with prerequisite checks, existing-install migration review, exact-chat/Refresh verification, and removal guidance. Scorecards now record the product pin separately from the pilot packet and kit-source revision, along with setup help, unavailable states, and restoration outcomes.

Refresh the roadmap around the three-person pilot, observed installation/continuation fixes, and live compatibility evidence. Update linked submission documents to reflect the uploaded 0.1.1 draft and the support inquiry's specialist escalation. Directory approval remains pending; the GitHub pilot can proceed independently.

This is documentation only. P01–P03 remain placeholders, the pilot remains NOT RUN, and no invitations were sent. Historical synthetic results keep their original revision. No plugin runtime or installed copies changed.

Validation

  • Eight validation-generator tests passed.
  • Generated an offline kit from clean commit 03a9247cb58b5ad55d4cf1db826c0c05b1f3f5eb; SOURCE.json records that revision and clean state, and the protocol/results match the updated source. Model trials remain NOT RUN.
  • Local Markdown link targets and git diff --check passed.
  • Frozen product candidate CI passed on attempt 2. Attempt 1 passed lifecycle assertions but failed temporary fixture cleanup; the packet records both outcomes.
