The direct portal upload created a Context Status 0.1.0 draft but flagged listing metadata and the local command MCP server. This prepares 0.1.1 with a 30-character subtitle, a description explaining Codex desktop requirements, bundled light/dark icons, and product/support/privacy/terms URLs.
The proposed privacy notice describes local JSONL parsing, the limited data returned to Codex, retained artifacts, and the maintainer-approved private contact. The proposed terms explain scope, limitations, support, and the absence of a first-party open-source license. Review these policy pages before merging; their stable main-branch URLs must be live before re-uploading. No open-source license or new jurisdiction/liability provisions are selected.
The unsent support inquiry now includes the actual draft ID and the portal's command-MCP blocker. It asks about local stdio support, telemetry-only access to local logs, Codex-only listing scope, and a synthetic reviewer setup. No runtime behavior, installed plugin, or portal draft has been changed by this PR; no inquiry has been sent.
Validation:
npm run buildnpm run test:plugin: isolated install, real host telemetry, offline runtime, upgrade, rollback, and removal passed on Codex CLI 0.160.0.git diff --checkRemaining after merge: verify public policy URLs, upload 0.1.1 to the existing draft, and inspect portal findings. Local command MCP eligibility remains unresolved; reviewer cases and video are not claimed complete.
