PR #51 pinned within the stale majors the workflow already used. checkout moves v4.4.0 -> v7.0.1 (3d3c42e, 2026-07-20) and markdownlint-cli2-action moves v16.0.0 -> v24.2.0 (21c1be1b, 2026-08-02), both the GitHub latest-release markers.

Follow-up to #51, which pinned to release SHAs but stayed on the stale majors the workflow already referenced (checkout v4, markdownlint v16). This moves both pins to the current latest releases: checkout v7.0.1 and markdownlint-cli2-action v24.2.0. markdownlint runs with continue-on-error, so the v16 to v24 jump cannot block CI even if new rules fire.
