Summary

• update fastmcp from 3.0.0b1 to stable 3.4.7
• regenerate uv.lock for FastMCP 3.4.7, refreshing its transitive dependency graph and removing the old diskcache dependency branch
• refresh the transitive PyJWT lock from 2.11.0 to 2.13.0
• remove the now-unnecessary --prerelease=allow installation flag from the README

Verification

• Python 3.12: 86/86 unit + FastMCP tool-integration tests pass
• Python 3.13: 86/86 unit + FastMCP tool-integration tests pass
• package import and build succeed with FastMCP 3.4.7
• full-suite comparison against the unchanged upstream base produced no new failures: both base and candidate have 106 passing tests and the same two pre-existing live Avanza integration failures, where the hard-coded orderbook IDs 2224452 and 2267542 now return 404

The change is intentionally limited to the stable FastMCP 3.x line rather than moving to FastMCP 4.x.
