Bump go.mod to go 1.27.0 and the Docker builder to golang:1.27-alpine (digest from Dependabot #5) so CI and the image use the same Go. Summary
metrics/go.mod:go 1.25.0→go 1.27.0. CI's Go comes fromgo-version-file: metrics/go.mod, so CI now tests on 1.27 too.metrics/Dockerfile: buildergolang:1.27-alpine, same digest as Dependabot Bump golang from 1.25-alpine to 1.27-alpine in /metrics in the docker-images group #5.[Unreleased]entry.Supersedes #5, which bumped only the Dockerfile and would have left CI on 1.25. Close #5 after this merges.
