docs: summarize v0.1 benchmark evidence

• publish the platform-separated v0.1 evidence summary
• report fair storage, claim workloads, prompt tokens, and negative evidence
• expose two-run reproducibility and Lance/timing variation instead of hiding it
• link the summary from both READMEs
