Added Settings option to enable/disable Internet access.
Those who want can disable the Internet access for the app. Default is enabled.
Path: Menu > Settings > Other > Internet access
Shows a toast message once in current app's lifecycle that Internet is disabled.
Webview shows a custom HTML page with similar message.
