I'm a Software Engineer passionate about building reliable systems, solving complex problems, and turning ideas into production-ready software.
My journey into software engineering started in high school. Since then, curiosity has been the driving force behind everything I build. I enjoy understanding how things work under the hood, experimenting with new technologies, and designing solutions that are practical, maintainable, and scalable.
Professionally, I work primarily on backend systems using .NET, where I design and develop business-critical software in the financial and precious metals industry. My work ranges from backend architecture and accounting systems to automation tools, APIs, distributed services, and performance optimization. Whenever a problem requires a different tool, I enjoy stepping outside my primary stack—whether that's building automation with Python, creating backend services with FastAPI, or exploring systems programming with Go. I'm especially interested in distributed systems, databases, and high-performance backend engineering.
Outside of work, I build projects simply because they challenge me. I enjoy creating developer tools, databases, automation software, distributed systems, CLI applications, desktop applications, and experimenting with low-level concepts. I'm fascinated by how software works beneath the abstraction layers, which is why I enjoy building infrastructure and systems software just as much as business applications.
Although my professional work today revolves around .NET, I'm still deeply fond of Django's batteries-included philosophy and the framework's unique magic. Many of my earlier projects were built with Django, and it remains one of my favorite tools for turning ideas into working products.
One of my favorite ongoing personal projects is building a Redis-inspired in-memory database in Go to deepen my understanding of concurrency, networking, and database internals.
I believe the best way to learn a system is to build one. To me, great software is more than just writing code—it's about understanding the problem, choosing the right architecture, and continuously improving the solution. I'm always looking to learn something new, refine my engineering skills, and build software that's reliable, scalable, and enjoyable to maintain.
