TTP 3.2.6: a Silent switch - #8

TTP played its start/stop sounds unconditionally; the only choice was which sound. Dictating discreetly in a meeting or an interview meant muting the whole Mac. sounds_muted is a plain setting, not a sound pack, so it sits next to the other dictation switches and in the tray instead of behind Support TTP. The tray goes through set_settings, and every window mirrors the field, so a later save cannot undo a tray toggle. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
