This feature read a manifest file (https://altered-reunion-formats-prod.s3.fr-par.scw.cloud/manifest.json) every 5 minutes to see if there is any change in on of the formats in the configuration file.
If there is, it updates all the necessay cards to match the definition file (https://altered-reunion-formats-prod.s3.fr-par.scw.cloud/frontier.json)
But to add the 5mn clock, it added a lot of files so maybe there is a much straightforward way to do this.
