Makes AccountBound’s excluded-account prefix configurable via AccountBound.ExcludedAccountNamePrefix, defaulting to RND for Playerbot random-bot compatibility. Accounts matching the prefix are skipped during live sync and startup backfills; set the value empty to disable exclusion.
