.claude-plugin/plugin.json and marketplace.json make the repository its own marketplace: one line installs the 35 skills and three reviewer agents, /plugin install skill-set --marketplace AlpayC/claude-skill-set and /plugin marketplace update picks up later changes. The hooks stay out of the plugin on purpose - they are installed per repo, because they check that repo's blast radius and evidence. install.ps1 stays as the plain-files way. The repository becomes its own plugin marketplace. One line installs the skills and the three reviewer agents:
.claude-plugin/plugin.json: the pluginskill-set.
