We love deliveries!
Make sure you have set up your team's accounts first!
(but if you need help with this, come to The Shed
- In your main project repo, create a top-level directory called 'deliveries'
- For any delivery, simply create a markdown file in this directory, of the format:
- delivery_yyyy.mm.dd.nn.md (date, and a number (you might deliver several things on the same day)
- e.g. delivery_2018.09.13.02.md
- Add a link to the thing you are delivering in the file
- Add a brief description, so the we know what it is.
- Make sure Alice has access to what you are delivering!
- Contact DigitalLabs via Alice, using your project's gmail account.
- In the subject area, write a title beginning with 'Delivery'
You can deliver many things to your client, in many different ways:
- Product Binary Release
- mobile app
- video / audio / 3D / animation
- compiled binary for hardware, such as arduino, or RaspberryPi
- Product source code release
- mobile app
- video / audio / 3D / animation
- compiled binary for hardware, such as arduino, or RaspberryPi
- single page web app
- server scripts
- Documentation Release
- requirements
- designs
- wireframe, such as on GitHub pages
- Trello Board Release
- Overview
- Discussions
- User Stories
- Investigations
- Implementations
- Features
- Design
- Tasks
- Plan
... but for all of these, you can deliver in the same way :-) Thanks!
