External Short Message Entity (ESME) Client is a Java application utilizing the JSMPP library to send SMS over the Short Message Peer-To-Peer Protocol (SMPP) in GSM networks. It communicates with a Short Message Service Center (SMSC), and this project uses the Logica SMSC simulator for testing.
