Outcome

Adds Qarinah's public funding.json manifest for a FOSS United Project Grant application.

Scope

• lead project: Qarinah
• request: INR 600,000 over six months
• public milestones: interoperability specification, cross-platform reproducible releases, independent security/privacy review, independent benchmark reproduction, beginner demo/onboarding, contributor bounties, and maintenance/security-response capacity
• supporting public integration targets: Maqam, Cockroach Crawler, and Cockroach Browser
• private enterprise work is explicitly excluded
• bank details remain private
