This PR removes the prerelease annotation from the knative-eventing Helm chart and increments the version to mark it as a stable release.
- Removes the
artifacthub.io/prerelease: "true"annotation to indicate the chart is no longer in prerelease status - Bumps the chart version from 0.18.0 to 0.18.1
