- Update useSignalPrice hook call to include isStale flag - Add visual stale indicator in Live delta section - Show AlarmClock icon with "Stale" warning when price data is outdated - Display normal relativeTime when price data is fresh Connects the hook's exponential backoff stale flag to the UI, allowing users to see when price data may be outdated due to polling failures. Closes # AgesEmpire#455
