docs: SOC 2 Type II positioning — document the hardening pass#9
Merged
Conversation
Add an honest readiness summary to SECURITY.md (what shipped in PR #8, what's still open before any real SOC 2 claim), a matching CHANGELOG entry, and a short README pointer. Explicitly not a certification claim.

Summary
Adds an honest SOC 2 Type II readiness section documenting what shipped in #8 (the multi-round audit/adversarial-review/fix + sparring hardening pass) — explicitly not a certification claim, just what's been checked vs. what's still open (independent audit, formal control docs, continuous-monitoring evidence).
SECURITY.md: new "Security hardening & SOC 2 Type II readiness" section with a findings-area table and an explicit "not certified" caveat.CHANGELOG.md:[Unreleased]entry summarizing the hardening pass.README.md: short pointer to the SECURITY.md section.Docs only, no code changes.
