feat: update native module build and publish workflow for arm64 support

This pull request updates the release workflow to improve the build and publication process for the native Node module. The changes introduce a matrix build for different architectures, streamline artifact handling, and clarify build steps.

Build process improvements:

• Refactored the native module build job to use a matrix strategy, allowing parallel builds for both linux-x64 and linux-arm64 on their respective runners. Artifacts are now named and uploaded according to their architecture.
• Updated the publish job to download both architecture-specific artifacts and removed redundant renaming steps, ensuring the correct files are published.

Workflow enhancements:

• Changed the build step name to "Build TypeScript bundle" for clarity and now runs the build:ts script, making the workflow steps more descriptive.
• Standardized the use of actions/checkout@v4 across jobs for consistency.

These changes make the release process more robust, maintainable, and ready for multi-architecture support.
