[transactionwebhooks] Code generation: update services and models

This PR contains the automated changes for the transactionwebhooks service.

Checkout API v72

This release upgrades the Checkout API from v71 to v72. All service endpoints now target https://checkout-test.adyen.com/v72.

TransferViewCategoryData

Discriminator (propertyName: "type") now maps:

• bank → BankCategoryData
• internal → InternalCategoryData
• issuedCard → IssuedCard
• platformPayment → PlatformPayment

[gemini-code-assist]

Code Review

This pull request updates the SDK generation log for transactionwebhooks and registers the discriminator mappings for TransferViewCategoryData in the Java model to support proper JSON deserialization based on the 'type' property. There are no review comments, and I have no feedback to provide.
