adds two scripts that are used with the ghidra script manager; which allows for importing crash reports, and fatal report files, to automatically create bookmarks in the file it is imported to.
updates the clientside service tracer to also mark stubs of commands belonging to imported services, as long as there is command proof (there are some false-positives, but for most part accurate)

updates the hash database for interfaces, and the ipc command number alias database with latest switchbrew definitions, and 23.0.x
