Hi, I'm Adrian Bîldea 👋

IT Operations Engineer | M.Sc. Data Science | Exploring Machine Learning & Computer Vision through side projects

4+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux/Unix, databases, virtualization, ITSM) across multi-country operations in Germany, Austria, CEE and the Nordics. Outside of work, I build Python/ML side projects — from satellite cloud forecasting to computer vision experiments and game prototypes.

Satellite cloud-movement prediction pipeline — started in TensorFlow/Optical Flow, rebuilt as a production-oriented PyTorch system. Applied automated data-pipeline engineering and ML workflows.

Forecasting for Romania using epidemiological modeling + Google Mobility data and ML (SVM, Random Forest).

🖼️ Image Stitching

Panoramic image stitching using SIFT keypoints, RANSAC homography estimation, and perspective warping with OpenCV.

An Android game inspired by Stack, built in Unity.
