The Admin Tools statistics menu can show a player's crate history, players who opened a selected crate, total opens per player, and the most-opened crates. Player lookup supports selecting stored player heads or typing a nickname in chat.
The Give Keys GUI supports selecting an online player head or using Insert Nickname. Physical keys require the target to be online; virtual keys can be assigned to offline players.
PlaceholderAPI exposes %abestcrates_virtual_<crate>%, %abestcrates_physical_<crate>%, %abestcrates_total_<crate>%, and %abestcrates_opened_<crate>%.
bStats metrics can be enabled after registering the project and setting metrics.plugin-id in config.yml.
