Two fixes:
defaults.py — In Optimized mode, girder Type is now forced back to Welded for every member, even if Rolled was picked earlier while in Custom mode.
additional_inputs.py — Switching member/girder ID now correctly updates the welded-vs-rolled field visibility. Previously the Type combo's value was restored with its signal blocked, so _on_girder_type_changed never re-fired, leaving stale field visibility from the previous member.
